Why Upgrade to Stainless Steel Checkered Plates?

In environments exposed to moisture, chemicals, or strict hygiene standards—such as food processing plants, beverage facilities, and cold storage—standard carbon steel floor plates easily rust and harbor bacteria. Upgrading to Stainless Steel Checkered Plates is a long-term, cost-effective investment. They require no anti-rust painting, resist corrosion, and are fully compliant with food safety standards (Food Grade).

Pattern Design (5-Bar)

We supply the globally recognized 5-Bar Pattern. This design offers maximum anti-slip properties (grip) in all directions while allowing for excellent drainage, ensuring that water or oils do not pool on the walking surface.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Generally, they refer to the same anti-slip flooring material. However, the term "Diamond Plate" often refers specifically to a 1-bar diamond pattern, whereas our standard "Checkered Plate" features the superior 5-bar pattern for better multi-directional grip.
For a standard food processing facility, Grade 304 is highly cost-effective and sufficient. However, if the floor is constantly flooded, exposed to harsh cleaning acids, or located near coastal areas, Grade 316L is highly recommended to prevent pitting corrosion.
