High-Performance Heat Exchanger & Boiler Tubes

For critical thermal exchange systems, general-purpose stainless tubes (ASTM A554) must not be used. Our Heat Exchanger Tubes (ASTM A213/A249) undergo rigorous manufacturing processes to ensure maximum safety and efficiency:

  • Solution Annealing: Every tube is heat-treated to relieve internal stresses, making them ideal for U-bending or tube-sheet expanding without risk of cracking.
  • Integrity Testing: 100% subjected to Hydrostatic Pressure Testing and Eddy Current NDT to detect even the smallest sub-surface defects.
  • Dimensional Precision: Strict adherence to Outside Diameter (OD) and Wall Thickness tolerances for a perfect fit in industrial condensers and boilers.

It depends on your application. Seamless (A213) is ideal for extreme pressures and critical safety points. Welded (A249) is more cost-effective and, with modern bead-removal technology, offers thermal efficiency very close to seamless tubes.
Yes. Our tubes are fully solution annealed, ensuring the ductility required for precise U-bending (U-Tubes) without cracking or wall thinning.
